For the past 12 years, Canada’s Top 100 Employers has compiled a list of the most desirable companies to work with in Nova Scotia. These rankings include comparisons to employers in the same industry as well as eight categories that include workplace atmosphere, benefits, and community involvement, among others.
Below are the 14 companies that made the list, as well as why they are such a desirable employer.
Admiral Insurances — Admiral Insurance is interested in the long-term development of their employees, and it is reflected through tuition subsidies, subsidies for professional accreditation and formal mentoring opportunities.
